  Dr Jackson does not overbook or leave you sitting in her waiting room for hours. She takes excellent care of my mom who I care for and drive to every appointment. We go to the Elsinore office. We have only been seeing her for 2 years, but it is refreshing to actually have your appointment time honored and not to be rushed through your appointment. My mother gets the time she deserves with Dr. Jackson. I highly recommend Dr Jackson.

  I met with Anna Marie /her assistant who was very nice; however, the same cannot be said for the front desk. She is beyond rude. This is the second time she's been awfully rude to me.

  Worst customer service front desk ever, whoever answer the phone, you know who you are. I was late for my appointment and made us wait for 2 hours, rediculous! We over heard her conversation and she was calling personal calls while working at front desk. Very unprofessional and rude. We ask her if were next? she said hold on and she answer the phone, i ask her again excuse me! are we next? she just nod her head while on the phone. Dr. Jackson you need to replace some of your staff in front desk period they are rude, and unprofessional. Im telling this because i dont want anybody what we experience in your clinic. Very bad service!
