  Their MRI machines have wider than usual bore openings and constant air flow. This is important for those of us who are claustrophobic. The staff does everything they can to make sure their patients are as comfortable as possible, including giving them an emergency squeeze bulb to stop the MRI if the patient needs to. For most MRI exams, they provide headphones and allow the patient to choose the music. I've had 6-7 exams, and have never waited more than a week to get an appointment. The front desk staff is courteous on the phone and in person. Once checked in, I am usually taken back within 5 minutes to start the exam. The bathrooms are clean and large enough to accommodate a wheelchair. Lockers are provided to store personal effects. There is a large fish tank and lots of comfortable seating in the waiting area. I have had MRI exams in multiple locations, but Health Scan Imaging is the most comfortable by far.
