  As many of the other reviewers have stated, I have experienced gross overcharges, and a really long time to receive a refund. There is just something shady about this place. They NEVER have been in sync with my insurance company, and they have always quoted much more than my insurance company tells me the cost is. I have gone to them for years because they're convenient, and never questioned any of their practices until the past 18 months. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because I've been a patient for so long. But every single time any of my family members have gone lately, it's been like a shake-down for procedures we don't need, and a gross overcharge of the ones we've had done and then we have to haggle back and forth with them and the insurance company to figure it out. NOT WORTH IT!

  Where do I begin? From the initial call, Marina was the best! So kind, caring and overall 5Star Customer service. The Front office Staff, is Wonderful. Rebecca was so attentive with my kids. Thanks to her they are eager to return. My process was painful, but pleasant. Thank you so much for the BEST Service.
